先日、この美しい花に心が癒されました。
太陽の光に当たっていても
そうでなくても
まだ蕾でも
満開でも
みんな一生懸命に自分を輝かせて
支え合って生きている。
そんな印象を受けました。
私は化学物質過敏症で
自分一人では
出来ないことが
たくさんあります。
郵便物が届くだけで
それに付着した
柔軟剤や芳香剤のにおいを感じるのです。
不特定多数の人が出入りする、
乗り物や場所も
体調不良の原因となります。
買い物も気軽に行けないのです。
家族や友人の理解がなければ
今の自分はいないと思います。
何も出来ずに
自分には価値がないと
ただただ落ち込む日々もありました。
でも、
いま
支えられて生きている、
そして
私が生きているということが
その事実が
誰かを支えているということに
やっと気づけました。
誰かを通して
自分の価値を知る毎日。
だから
綴りたい言葉があります。
ありがとうを100万回。

When I saw this flowers
either proudly blooming
or
waiting for their own timing to bloom as a bud,
and either under the sun or shade,
supporting and being next to each other,
I was touched by the beauty and lovely message from them.
I have multiple chemical sensitivity that limits things that I can do by myself in my daily life.
When I receive mails or packages,
I often feel the sense of smells such as the softener and air freshener attached to it.
Public places and vehicles that number of people come and go also often cause me a huge headaches and migraines.
I can't go grocery shopping easily.
Without the understanding of my family and friends,
I wouldn't be here.
There were days
when I couldn't do anything,
just felt depressed,
and I wasn't worth it.
But I am still alive because of so many people who love me unconditionally and keep me in their prayers.
After many years later,
now,
I realized this fact that I was doing my part as a help and support of someone else as well as someone who was doing their part for me.
Through you,
I have come to know I’m worth it.
This is why
I have so many reasons to say
one million times of
”THANK YOU” to you all.
