皆さんは雨の日にどんな気持ちを感じ、どのように過ごしますか。
今日は、梅雨や新型コロナウイルスの影響で気分が晴れないときにでも、希望を持って前向きに生きていくことが出来たらいいなと思いながら久しぶりにかいた詩を書き留めておきたいと思います。
心に悲しみや苦しみがあったら
雨と涙でそっと流してあげて
そのままの自分を大切に労って
一歩踏み出せるまで待ってあげて
いつか力強く、そして優しく
また歩き出せる時が来るから...
焦らないで
大丈夫
ひとりじゃないよ
そう自分に言い聞かせながら
この詩をかきました。

It has become one of my favorite moments writing things down on my blog about what I have felt in my life.
Today, I would like to share with you one of my poems. (Honestly, it has been a while writing down my poem, and it may be for the first time sharing my poem with you on my blog.)
To begin with, I just want to say that you are in my prayers.
Many things seem to be making this world in a desperate struggle lately.
COVID-19 requires an extraordinary response and the quarantine period seems to be more longer than we have thought.
During the quarantine period and the rainy season in Japan, I have thought of many with ups and downs but still wondering how I can choose to be positive and grateful for what I have been given.
This poem is for you and everyone who are in need of love and care without a doubt or criticism.
I hope you can always remember that you are worth it and doing way better more than you think you are.

my circles and your circles will silently put down the roots.
When the sun will wipe away all the tears someday,
my circles and your circles will silently begin to sprout.
It will bloom someday soon.
It will bear fruit someday soon.
